5. Lychee Martini Halloween

by Pineapple and Coconut

Lychee Martini Halloween

This lychee martini is the perfect spooky Halloween cocktail recipe; creepy eyeballs and all! Canned lychees in syrup are the most important ingredient for the taste and appearance of this martini.

You’ll need some of the lychee syrup, vodka, blood orange liqueur, and a homemade green tea simple syrup. Making your simple syrup is as easy as combining sugar and water and steeping a matcha green tea bag. If you don’t want to take this extra step, the regular simple syrup will work too.

Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until combined. Strain into martini glasses.

Now comes the fun part! Grab some lychee out of the can, along with fresh blueberries. Place a blueberry in the center of each lychee to make an edible eyeball! You can sink your eyeballs in the drink or skewer them and rest it across the top of the glass.

6. Spiders Kiss Green Martini

by The Spruce Eats

Spiders Kiss Green Martini

This martini used blood red grenadine and bright green melon liqueur creatively to create a cocktail that’s just begging to be served on Halloween night!

Start preparing your Spiders Kiss martini by drawing a spiderweb design inside a martini glass with melted chocolate. Set the glass in the freezer to set the chocolate in place. Next, combine vodka, lemon juice, and melon liqueur in a shaker with ice. Strain into the prepared martini glass.

Finish by drizzling grenadine around the edge of the glass for a dripping blood effect. This martini looks delicious as is, but you can add a chocolate-dipped orange slice for a tasty garnish.

by The House on Silverado

Prepare a monstertini by adding vodka, melon liqueur, and pineapple juice to a shaker with ice. Shake, then pour into a martini glass. Top the glass with lemon-lime soda. Finally, drizzle grenadine gently into the glass, so it settles at the bottom like a pool of blood.

8. The Halloween Hypnotist

by The Spruce Eats

The Halloween Hypnotist

9. Blood Orange Halloween Martini

by Food.com

Blood Orange Halloween Martini

Blood oranges are a gorgeous citrus fruit that can be enjoyed any time of year. Just the name makes you think of Halloween, though, so embrace it!

To prepare this Halloween martini, you’ll need blood orange juice, vodka, orange liqueur, and fresh lime juice. Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice, then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a slice of fresh orange blood on the rim. This martini has a ton of citrus flavor that will leave you asking for seconds!

10. Candy Corn Martinis

by The Short Order Cook

Candy Corn Martinis

Candy corn is a surprisingly controversial Halloween treat. You either love it or hate it, but those who love it really love it. If you fall into the “love it” category, why not turn those flavors into a martini?

This candy corn vodka martini looks layered in the glass, just like a piece of candy corn. Make the first layer by combining pineapple juice and whipped cream or vanilla vodka in a cocktail shaker.

Pour into the martini glass. Gently add grenadine. The grenadine will sink to the bottom of the glass, making a two-layer effect. Top the martini with whipped cream for a third layer that looks as good as it tastes.

11. Pumpkin Martini

by A Couple Cooks

Pumpkin Martini

A pumpkin martini brings the best flavors from a pumpkin pie into a cocktail perfect for Halloween.

Before you begin, rim a martini glass by dipping it in maple syrup and then in crushed graham crackers. The graham crackers imitate the crust of a pumpkin pie while the maple syrup holds it all together.

Once the glass is ready, add vodka, heavy cream, canned pumpkin purée, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract to a cocktail shaker with ice.

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass. This martini may be a bit thicker than what you’re used to because of the pumpkin purée, but it’s always good to try new things!

Red Martinis

12. Vodka Blood Martini

by The Spruce Eats

Vodka Blood Martini

A vodka blood martini looks as ghoulish as it sounds. A deep red color looks like you’re sipping on blood from a martini glass. Luckily, you don’t have to be a vampire to enjoy the flavors of this martini.

Combine lemon vodka, ginger liqueur, dark grape juice, and blackberry syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice—strain into a martini glass. Finish it off with a garnish of fresh blackberries, and you’re ready for some friendly vampire cosplay!

13. Red Death Halloween Martini

by Craving Some Creativity

Red Death Halloween Martini

This is another layered cocktail that looks quite haunting in the glass. Before you start preparing, chill the ingredients in the fridge.

Once everything is cold, start by adding grenadine to the bottom of the glass. Next, slowly pour the raspberry liqueur over a spoon into the glass. The spoon helps to put the liqueur on top of the grenadine instead of mixing them. Repeat this process one at a time with both rum and cola. Garnish with maraschino cherries.

14. Drunk Ghost Halloween Martini

by Foodzetic

This stark white martini will make you reminisce about the days of putting a sheet on your head and calling it a costume. No judgment here if that’s how you want to dress up to drink it, either!

Prepare a drink ghost martini by mixing heavy cream, vodka, and banana liqueur in a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour into a martini glass. Top with marshmallows for a sweet garnish that adds to the ghostly feel!

Black Martinis

15. Full Moontini

by Fresh Flavorful

Full Moontini

Making a full moontini requires some unusual things you might not have in the kitchen, but it’s well worth a shopping trip for the final product!

Before you start mixing a cocktail, you’ll need sphere ice molds. Fill the mold and set it in the freezer. Once your spheres are ready, it’s time to make a full moontini! You’ll need to start by mixing gin with food-grade activated black charcoal to make black gin.

Combine the black gin with pineapple juice and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into the martini glasses, then gently place the sphere ice cube in the center. Top the glass with club soda and start sipping!

16. Poison Blackberry Martini

by Ginger with Spice

Poison Blackberry Martini

The poison blackberry martini has incredible blackberry flavor and a dark appearance that’s frightening in the best way.

You’ll need to buy or make blackberry syrup before you can start mixing the rest of the ingredients.

Once you have the blackberry syrup, add it with vodka or gin, and dry vermouth to a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove any blackberry seeds. Add some black food coloring to the mix if you want an even darker martini.

17. Black Widow Martini

by Burrata & Bubbles

Black Widow Martini

This black widow martini is hauntingly dark and deviously delicious. Once you’ve tried it, you’ll want to drink it the whole month of October!

Start by adding blackberries and simple syrup to a martini shaker. Muddle the berries until there are no chunks left. Next, pour in pomegranate juice, vodka, ginger liqueur, and lemon juice.

Shake until chilled, then strain into a martini glass. You can add a pinch of purple edible glitter to amp up the presentation.

Purple & Blue Martinis

18. Purple Halloween Martini

by Big Oven

Purple Halloween Martini

This purple martini will look great alongside some Halloween appetizers or desserts. The recipe has plenty of wiggle room to get just the right purple hue too!

Combine vodka, cranberry juice, blue Curaçao, and sweet & sour mix in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass, then top with lemon-lime soda. If you want the cocktail to be more purple, increase the amount of blue Curaçao.

19. Witches Brew Martini

by Key Ingredient

Feel like a witch for the evening while you sip a witch’s brew martini! Set the stage for this Halloween cocktail by rimming a martini glass with black sugar.

Combine blue Curaçao, crème de liqueur, and Bacardi dragon berry rum in a cocktail shaker with ice. Once chilled, strain into the prepared glass. The finished martini will be a bright blue color that looks stunning against the black rim.
